"A month later and still waiting for my refund"
It's been a month and I'm still without my refund. The item showed up weeks late, and guess what? It's damaged! I got this for a birthday gift, but it was way too late, and now I've got a broken item just sitting in the box with no refund in sight! If I return it, I might have to fork out extra for shipping taxes, so here I am, stuck in limbo! I definitely won't be ordering from this company again.

"Never ordering from this company again"
I’m done with this company! I thought my order would arrive by December 8, 2022, since I placed it in early November. But there’s been no word from them about it being stuck with FedEx for customs clearance. The customer service in the UK doesn’t pick up the phone at all. FedEx just keeps saying it’s at Customs. I have no idea when I’ll finally get my order. This is really disappointing. If I had known how unclear their delivery info was, I wouldn’t have bothered with Nikkle Art.

"Disappointed..."
I sent in a photo for a poster, but it turned out way too dark. I got a response from Nikkel-Art.nl saying that technically everything was okay, but they were sorry. Nowhere on their site does it mention that your own image might not print well as a poster.

"Package Still Missing"
I still haven't gotten my package. It was meant to be delivered by GLS, but no one was home when it arrived... Super bummed out to come back and find nothing waiting for me!!

"My experience with a kitchen splash back order..."
I ordered a kitchen splash back from Nikkel Art back in August 2020. It's been over eight months, and I've not heard a peep from them. I've tried reaching out multiple times, but no luck at all. I'm just trying to get a refund, but they haven't replied. I guess I have to report them to the Citizen's Advice Bureau. What a total waste of my time!

"Avoid purchasing from this company..."
Steer clear of buying from this company unless you're fully clued in that you'll receive an invoice for importing their goods into Great Britain, which in my situation was £56.99. I had clearly stated in my order that I didn't want to go ahead if there were any extra fees beyond the listed price. I can assure you, I will NEVER shop with this company again.

"Avoid This Service!! Surprise Fees"
If you're in the UK, steer clear! Our package showed up on time and the quality was decent. But soon after we got our stuff, we got hit up for an additional £56 (on a £200 order) for import charges. With a .co.uk website and supposed free shipping, this was a real shocker. A bit of digging revealed they ain't even based in the UK! Given this surprise expense, there are cheaper alternatives from local suppliers. I'll definitely be shopping around more in the future to dodge these ridiculous fees!

"Blinds with an Antarctic Scene"
I got a set of blinds featuring a beautiful Antarctic landscape, complete with sea and icebergs. They are absolutely gorgeous! The clarity and quality are top-notch, really blew me away. They were packed up nicely and showed up in perfect condition. Definitely planning to shop here again.

"Bathroom Blind with Vintage World Map Design"
We got ourselves a blind for the loo, featuring a vintage world map design. It fits just right (after a few anxious measurements of the window), was a breeze to put up, and looks fantastic. We're super pleased with it. The delivery was quick, the blind was nicely packaged, and the email updates on the process were handy. I’d surely buy from Nikkel Art again. Now we just gotta wrap up the bathroom project.

"Why I held back on my rating..."
The main reason I didn’t rate this higher is that, while I loved the picture, the delivery updates could use some work. I got a notice saying it’d arrive on the 23rd of November, but no time frame was provided. It would’ve been nice to know if it was a morning or afternoon drop-off. Your tracking was solid until that moment.

"Fantastic Product and Customer Support"
I got myself a beautiful roller blind for my new bathroom, but then I figured out, just about half an hour later, that I had picked the wrong size. Luckily, they were quick to fix my online order, and the blind showed up just as I had specified the second time around. It looks incredible and just like what I saw online. "Top-notch items and outstanding customer service"
I purchased a roller blind for my bathroom (Daisy helped me out) and was really pleased with how everything went and the item itself; I was looking to find matching 'covers' for my bath panels and after getting some advice (thanks to Daisy again) on whether 'wall murals' or 'furniture stickers' would work better, I decided to go with the 'furniture stickers'. The self-adhesive, laminated stickers go perfectly with the roller blind - fantastic website, great selection of products and quality, plus amazing customer service from start to finish.
